Take Note "Wendy Greuels Political interference" and Ethics Violations 5.7.2007
On 12.11.2004 I was working in my office and I was being punished with their (Kulaks Woodshed, supported by Wendy Greuel, Dale the Planning Thrush and the entire Greuel office of impropers)64
terrible music pounding drums and amplified guitars through the walls he ripped
out to get more room. I was furious, he had been recently charged with running
a dance hall without a permit and (he was delaying all of the hearings) he
was and has been doing the same thing he was charged for 10 or so months earlier
and he was awaiting court. So I get nothing done, the police leave a card
instead of talking to me again.
Thank you Wendy Greuel for your improper support of this illegal establishment next door (your as crooked as a dawgs hind leg). See the sites which show she held a special meeting when Los Angeles Vice Unit ordered the club closed. Kulak (who started Kulaks Woodshed) is the one who yelled the loudest how Greuel held improper meetings, used tax payers city car and employee to shuttle him downtown for this special meeting. And to take him through the red tape. All criminals aren't so lucky to get special treatment but if they are nice enough to Greuel and get a mob to call, fax and phone her, then they too can get the same corrupt treatment. Mrs. Greuel was reported in a local newspaper to say it is common for businesses to continue operation after they have received citations for illegal operation.
This is a criminal ordered not to operate by police, building and safety and the criminal court in Van Nuys, Greuel felt she was above the law and wanted it to operate anyway. Since it was her district, she made sure police wouldn't do anything, wendy Greuel and Dale Thrush admit to a special meeting for a charged and later prosecuted criminal building and safety were limited on what they could do, she stopped them to whe they ordered Kulaks closed. Don't believe me//// Kulak states it himself in writing. See the site and call your council woman asking her why she disregards the fact he opened illegally and knew it, he went to building and safety and they said no, he opened anyway then he tore out a wall and made 2 stores into one, no off street parking, no permits, nothing and the codes he violates are still not signed off by the dept of building and safety some 4 years later.
Her power is great, her corruption and abuse of position is greater.
Sure she has done a lot of good things but I think injury to one person negates all of that, intentional injury because she did not think there was a damn thing I could do about it. Well, she better think again.... In fact the entire city council who voted for a criminal to have a variance against court orders better think because I am exposing their corruption and illegal moves!
Now We have the Schaffel story in Greuels district, yet you hear other city council members making the extra 20 grand settlement for her. Wendy Greuels planning officer is Dale THrush, the same crook that hid the fact Kulak was charged by police when he represented it to the city council and the neighborhood council. I say chase all of the crooks out of town. Resign!!
Things just don't seem to change.
Letter from Police when sending the proof of his convictions, court documents
proving probation violation by operating and disturbing my peace. The time
the police came most recently, I was told they told him to turn it down, Kulak
pointed out it is not a police matter its Building and safety, Mrs. Greuel
had spoke to Police regarding this.
Kulak was legally bound by the conditional variance laws and conditions. He accomplished none of them.
Back to the begriming, he got caught moving in illegally and then got a variance granted!?!?!?!
Now the variance time limits have all been violated, none of the conditions met so Kulak and Greuels feel they need to change all of this and now he is reportedly applying for a street parking variance, he claims now he doesn't need to follow the city decision and Damn it Greuels agrees with him and supports him in both the LA Weekly and the Daily. Wendy Greuels supported Kulak to the city council when he was legally court ordered not to operate. I was there with James Britten appealing it to city council, claiming they shouldn't be open and we have that on tape as well. We were there because he was still operating.
Paul Ashley Kulak was ordered to not operate and placed on probation for a year while Wendy Greuels fought us and supported this criminal operation.
Wendy Greuels sent Dale Thrush to each hearing to fight for Kulaks, all the time Kulak was criminal court ordered not to operate, it violated his probation. But that doesn't stop the corrupt city council people.
The variance is BULLDOZED through. Crime can be committed now because he
has the variance to throw around like it was a permit. even though that also
stated not to operate and it said he would be charge with a misdemeanor if
he was caught operating while under it.
Kulak Goes on and so does the corruption.<

Here is a letter sent to me by the Local North Hollywood police dept.
This letter was in response to my seeing why the police will not do anything
against this criminal operation that was charge by the police for this violation
nd then again a year later by the dept of building and safety, now they wont
touch it. all Wendy Greuels influence and political pull/. Come on now, cant
you see this clearly?
City Attorney Doc Cocek will not take further action against Paul Ashley
Kulak AKA Kulaks Woodshed when I heard the judge tell him to file charges
for violation of a court order.
It goes much deeper then that. Mrs. Greuel and Mr. Bruce Speigal (Former
President of the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce) Decided they would Not
only ignore the fact Paul Kulak was court ordered not to operate but he was
also On probation and they extended him a method to avoid the tax free money
he had collected in the form of donations and gifts (and not claimed) they
would not make a way through a city organization called the "North Hollywood
Community Forum" a 501C organization who was cleaning the money (taking
a reported 10%) and giving Kulaks Woodshed the money to operate and the rest
of the donations sent. They were alerted that Kulaks was court ordered not
to operate but they did not care. They were funding this illegal operation
along with the monthly sponcers and the people who gave tax free donation
cash to kulak on the web or in the club.
Whats My Beef?
As I have complained from t he beginning, I want to work in peace, it is
not my fault a illegal club opened next door and ruined my business so I couldn't
work a entertainers hours of work. I am an artist.

I am not the only one that felt that way, the city ordered Kulak to get sound
proofing within 30 days of the variance, it's 7 years later and he still hasn't.
Instead of prosecution, he gets a special deal made by Wendy Greuels own mouth,
now Kulak can continue violating the probation he is on which stats not to
operate the club and the court order he is under, not to operate the illegal
club.
You can get away with Murder if you have a council woman doing everything
she can because a man has acted in adult movies or something in his life.
Police leave "can't help ya card" when 7 months earlier he was
charged for the very same operation, this time he had a variance that he could
wave around and act like it's a permit, plus throw wendy greuel s name around
and show his special note from Greuel or whatever he uses. This was not the
only time, they did not usually leave cards.
Wow, Kulak was on court order not to operate, he was on probation for previous operation, now
the crooked "powers to be" show us how to hide the money and the tax free cash
etc he received (which used to be in the 10's of thousands) until he started
to claim it through the North Hollywood Forum which cleans the money for a 10% cut and gives the rest to Kulak.
I called the Police because Paul Ashley Kulak had already been charged by
the Los Angeles Police Dept for Operation of an illegal dance hall and dance
hall without permit. They told me they can't do anything until City Attorney Doc Cocek tells them to bust this illegal operation.
Kulak has never changed one thing about his operation except what they call it, he still commits the same violations he was convicted of twice, now with Wendy Greuels support, they wont even stop that nor charge him further.
