It's sad but funny, we are facing a new Neighborhood council election and it isn't "who deserves it", it is who gets the most backing to show up and vote. The neighborhood council used to be picked by a handful of people, no one showed up and no one cared. Wendy Greuel only placated them anyway, she listened to them when it was politically beneficial. Lately it has turned into a who can get more supporters there to vote, that's the person who is going to win. Like Wendy greuel's last election, she won because no one was running against her except a sign in vote that no one knew of. Now the neighborhood council is being occupied by, I won't say who but, it appears that a certain ethnic group has recently taken over 1/2 of the population in the neighborhood council. How did they do this, well, they had their entire church or backing group come in and they overpowered the voting. Yes, it is a numbers game, then once they control the neighborhood council it is no longer a fair bunch of people with diversity, it is now who has the most people vote and their judgment is bent their way. So the neighborhood council is no longer a council of the mixture of the area, it is the people who had the most come and vote. Now lets get back to the way it was (just to speak about it), it was a little strange because we had people who wanted power in there. People who wanted to "be somebody" in the area to get respect. Problem is people do not realize, fair is going by the pre-written laws, not doctoring (pun intended) up their own thoughts and beliefs but, following the community laws. I am sure whoever thought of the neighborhood council did not create them so they could change the laws or find ways around enforcing them. No that wasn't the way the game was to be played. The rules were set but... certain people got in there and decided they would play doctor or even a person who was in charge and wanted to see certain allowances made for certain people. Strange how things work. Good thing the gang bangers did not think of this numbers plan first, it would have changed the entire look of the idea of neighborhood council. since they didn't, these people are not investigated and can act respected. Another waste of tax payers money if you ask me, what we don't need is more people trying to tell us what to do, how to act, how to keep our property or new guidelines to follow.

Well Mr. Wiseman, you have put yourself in the position of a public figure so feel a little of the heat they feel when they do crooked stuff and someone stands up to them and fights, yea, someone who is used to fighting and doesn't mind getting beat a little in order to win a war.

Do you think you can back a illegal organization, cause myself and other law abiding people problems and then just walk away from it when your tired of playing the game or you don't get your way?

That's not the way it works, your deeds need exposed. I remember watching you smile and laugh as you and Mr. Patterson discussed how long myself and my neighbor would have to fight. You knew there was a long and hard battle to get anything accomplished from where I was sitting, but your chair seemed and felt a little more important didn't it? It was in front of the crowd, not in the chairs with the many others complaining. You actually may have access to someone a little higher up and may be in a position to get them to at least hear what you had to say and your thoughts. What is funny is they looked at you like you were amongst the crowd, you were now in my chair and they were in yours. So it did not go so well did it? But myself, well I knew there was a long hard road in order to get justice and I am still on it, I want compensated or the injustice that was done to me and too bad but you had a hand in causing me trouble while i was fighting for my rights.

You sided with Kulak in his attempt to change the law because his illegal nightclub got caught operating and the Dept of Building and safety, the police and the fire dept wanted to close him down as the place should have been according to law.

I just wanted people to follow the laws, naw, you had a special interest and your own ego that needed stroked, you wanted the law to be overlooked and you did not consider my feelings or the problems that were cause d me by this illegal crooked neighbor.. Like our illegal neighbor opening up shop, it doesn't just go away because you are done with it. You openly joined the neighborhood city council and with it you have subjected yourself to the exposure of your actions while in this position, in this case the supporting of an illegal establishment who got caught and then wanted to get a variance, torturing the neighbors while the fight drags on, hearing after hearing.. Enjoy seeing your actions summarized up for all to see and furthermore, enjoy watching the video clips with you in them, stating your position on this as a public figure, failing to vote when "you" claimed to have single handedly had this taken out of planning dept (Mrs. Lordes Green) and back into the neighborhood council to vote on. You were so proud you were able to do that, when Kulak went nuts and started yelling because he saw the police were there to protect him and make him feel important, you went and calmed him down, massaged his shoulders. How nice, that medicated freak could have blown a brain vessel.

Look at the years of torture you assisted in causing myself and the other neighbors because you supported an illegal business (Kulaks Woodshed) and allowed it to operate in an area it was not even zoned for, wow you are indeed a man of accomplishment. You knew he had no sound proofing, no off street parking but you still disregarded my rights and supported Kulaks Woodshed against myself and the other neighbors who were being effected by his illegal club. Anyone, I repeat anyone who listens to a word from your mouth following this "asks for the same injustice I was given as a result of your improper interference". Kulaks Woodshed is in the wrong area, it is not zoned for live music, live crowds here. EVEN AFTER HE WAS GRANTED THE CONDITIONAL VARIANCE AND DID NOT FOLLOW ONE ITEM IN IT, he was allowed to remain open by WENDY gREUEL'S ASSISTANCE. hOW NICE THAT YOU SUPPORTED THIS CRIMINAL UNTIL HE GOT MORE SUPORT AND YOU TURNED YEARS OF TORTURE LOOSE ON MY NEIGHBORHOOD. Kulaks Woodshed and Paul Kulak has police charges, fire dept charges, building and Safety charges's and neighbors complaining and still you stood behind him to try and make his place legal where it is rather then pointing out the illegal activity and laws it violates. You disregarded my right to peaceful enjoyment of my business in a area properly zoned for it because you liked Kulaks Woodshed and you liked Kulak. You had to show what a powerful and influential man you are by forcing us to allow this illegal club to operate, in fact trying to make it legal right where it was, you wanted to mediate, you wanted to council us. Just because Kulak had a council woman blindly ignoring these laws does not make it right, yet, you supported it and tried to work it out and you knew he operated 6 nights a week while this was going on and I was raging mad because he was and still is disturbing me.... Causing the neighbors to go through a living hell nightly with his crowds ad music, loosing business due to no parking, you helped him continue his operation with your support and delay in justice. countless hearings and meetings all to try and discuss this, to pet your ego? The guy was illegal, he still is some 8 years later. Why would you question the law and back this criminal establishment causing good law abiding neighbors to go through the process of proving they were right? Suffering nightly, your work was not effected, your time at home was not bothered, that's why your disconcert for my rights and entitlements.

WHY DID YOU HELP A CLUB TORTURE ME 6 NIGHTS A WEEK MR. WISEMAN???
The same reason I take the time now to expose the injustice you have indirectly and directly caused me, now it is your turn Mr. Public figure. I hope you think twice about how your actions effect the people you are causing harm or your assistance and support to criminals.
Here is a man Valley village Neighborhood councils Dr. Daniel Wiseman who supported and endorsed Paul Kulaks Woodshed, he went to many hearings, he went to meetings and he blindly spoke out for his endorsement and encouragement to allow this operation to function (Kulaks Woodshed). Did he have any authority to speak out? Well he was a neighborhood council member who had authority. But how can this Daniel Wiseman speak when he did not take the time to do the research to see Kulaks woodshed was illegal. Yes, he may of known that Kulaks was charged with multiple violations from the dept of Health and safety, fire dept, dept of Building and Safety and even the police dept, but still, he liked Kulaks and saw nothing wrong with it being "IN someone else's neighborhood". Would this self made dictator have allowed it next door to his house? Hell no!
Watch Kulaks own words, was he there because he was a cultural benefit to the community? Hell no, he states (Paul Kulak states) he was there because he paid 55 cents a square foot", he did not care about the laws or the rules and you were on the panel hearing this, yet you had the nerve to ask myself and Mr. Britten outside if we couldn't talk about this.
Fact is he did not care because it did not effect him, he did not work or live anywhere near this place, so it seems like a good place for it to be.
I think we should either have people who are big enough to look over the laws and exact situations and determine, no that shouldn't be there, or just have people who do business in the same block to determine what disturbs them or not. Mrs. Wendy Greuel is another freak like this, she sits at her office and dictates how things are going to be in neighborhoods that don't effect her. She has no vested interest, she doesn't give a hoot about the neighbors feelings and neither does
Why was Kulak there, listen and Mr. Wiseman did and he still supported this criminal being able to operate in my area.
He wanted to mediate this situation. Kulaks Woodshed is illegally there, he hopes to get a variance because he was caught and he wants to operate there, he says wa come on down, see that we are not a bad place. Who gives a rats ass if they are a nice place, 1st off they are there illegally and this blind ass caused me and other neighbors a lot of trouble by standing up for the crook. Oh lets give Kulaks a even break, yea lets do that, he is in the wrong area, it is not zoned for clubs with live music and live audiences here in the this area. So cause the honest law abiding people a bunch of crap and harassment because they don't think it is good to allow an unlawful establishment next door to their business. And get this, both businesses on both sides of Kulaks woodshed had been there legally for over a decade before the crooked illegal club opened up.
SO now people are going to, Mrs. Greuel and Mr. Dan Wiseman (Doctor Dan Wiseman, lets give him the credit he deserves) dictate what happens to people who are in a area that doesn't effect them. Its not next door to them so why should they care. And they are going to stand on the soap box claiming, well lets treat poor Mr. Paul Kulak fairly because he does have a nice place and i like music.

Who gave you the special authority to stand beside an admitted criminal and try and reason or work something out where he can stay there? If the guys illegal then that is the fact, he needs to move, not make the poor neighbors go through meeting after meeting and discuss the shit. The guys illegal and that is where it should have ended.

But noooo, Kulak has lots of people to support this illegal establishment and the crimes it committed while there and now he has a outstanding Doctor Daniel Wiseman yes here in the neighborhood. even though Kulak opened knowingly illegally and despite the fact his place was altered without permits nor inspections from the dept of building and safety. Despite the fact Dept of Building and safety had ordered Kulaks to not operate and demanded he bring the illegal building alterations up to code.
Despite the fact Kulak is acting as a 501c3 organization (taking in money without paying taxes on it), handing out the bucket each night and not disclosing how much income is brought in, selling snacks and drinks under the guise "suggested donation". Despite the fact 90% of the neighbors to the illegal club object to the special and unfair treatment he gets, the fact he takes their street parking, people loiter around their business scaring off customers, leaving trash, sneaking into he alley for a little weed smoking, hide their brown bagged drinks, etc.
Despite the fact Mr. Dan Wiseman doesn't live or work in this area, he feels he should be judge and jury over what occurs in my area.
He is not subject to hearing music blare through the walls of his business which is zoned for that area, now, Mr. Dan Wiseman feels his determination is Kulaks Woodshed is not a bad place, Kulaks is a value to the community.
Despite the fact Kulaks WOodshed is not Zoned for this area, Mr. Dr. Daniel Wiseman feels his opinion and supporting of this club should be the exception to the law which the heads of this city created, the heads of Los Angeles who made the general plan.
